If you are experiencing technical difficulties with BEACONNECT,
refer to the System Requirements and check your browser settings.
If you configured your browser as specfied and your issue is not resolved, contact the
Beacon Help Desk.
When you are reporting an issue, please include the following information:
- Date and time of the incident.
- Your name and phone number in case we need more information to resolve the issue.
- Description of the problem including what you were doing in BEACONNECT when the issue occurred.
