It's Easy to Make Your Policy Premium Payment

Beacon has selected the Payment Service Network (PSN) to process your payments on our behalf.
PSN has been awarded a Level 1 Certification, the highest security possible, by the credit card industry.

We now accept online and phone payments by check, credit, debit, e-check, or ACH through the Payment Service Network (PSN).

Waive your installment fee by paying your minimum amount due by either e-check or ACH.


3 EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Online:
Schedule your automatic payment, or make a one-time payment.​​​

Holiday Schedule: 

PSN Holiday Hours

The PSN office will be closed for the holidays on December 25th and January 1st. 

PSN will be working over the holidays with limited staff between Christmas and New Year’s. However, the payment center will be open from 8 am - 8 pm on December 26, 27, 30 & 31 to assist with payments.

NEW POLICY PAY

 

If you are a NEW policyholder,
you can make your first premium payment
online with your quote number.

*Auto-Pay set-up takes up to one week to process. If your payment is due within the next week, please make a One-Time Payment and schedule Auto-Pay for future payments. Auto-Pay cannot make past due payments. 

You may also pay as a guest without logging into BEACONNECT. You must provide your account number to locate your account in PSN.​

2. Pay ​By Phone:  (833) 326-7022
Schedule your automatic payment, or make a one-time payment through our call center.

The automated phone system (IVR) is available to make payments anytime 24/7. To speak to a live PSN representative, call Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST.

3. Pay By Check:
Add your account number on your check, and make sure the check is payable to The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company.

Include the original invoice coupon, which you received in the mail, and send it to our payment lockbox.

BILLING INFORMATION – Understanding Your Invoice

  • Minimum Amount Due: The minimum amount that must be paid in order to continue policy coverage.
  • Account Balance: Total amount due after applying all payments, credits, or additional charges received by our billing system since last billing.
  • Installment Fee: A service fee of $5.00 is assessed on each installment bill, except where prohibited by law.
    Waive your installment fee by making your payment online by e-check or ACH.
  • Late Fee: A service fee of $10.00 may be applied for all payments not received within 5 business days following the due date.
  • Non-Sufficient Funds Fee: A service fee of $25.00 will be applied for all returned checks and ACH payments.​​​
  • Pay As You Go: Beacon offers the convenient Pay-As-You-Go Program to qualifying policyholders. Policyholders may inquire with their agent prior to renewal.​
